My English

My English

The development of my English begin in the pre-school, that we have some songs, cards and books that teach us English. Then I go to first grade and we have only one class in English, then all of my high school was in English, the only two classes that I have in Spanish was religion and Spanish. This helps me to understood and learned English. I use English every day of my life, when the computer turn on all are in English, then the Internet is English. My cell phone is in English, the movies, the seasons, TV, magazines and books too.

  When you have and interview for work they always ask if you are bilingual, this is very important to the company to give you the job. My future using English is very important because you used it all the days in your life. For example in Puerto Rico minimum in a day too will heard one word in English. For example when you go to a fast food like McDonalds what you order is in English, when you go to the store and you see a merchandise that is in sale they have a paper in English that said sale or clearance. Almost all the movies are in English and when you buy the entrance to the movies you don’t said “boleto” you said ticket.

  In my future I need English to get a good job if you decide to work in a international company or if you want to do business with others countries. I need English because I want to teach my children’s a good English, because when the children’s are smaller more quickly they learn the things. My concentration is sociology and I have to do researches than are in English. I want to do my master in the U.S.A. We have a big problem that some of the Americans don’t learn to speak our language and we have to learn the language of them because we are part of them and we have to communicate with them. I need English because I love to travel to the U.S.A. and we have to communicate with them.
